We think you should love your sofa—no exceptions. That’s why you get 30 days to enjoy your Diorama Cloud Sofa, totally risk-free. If it’s not a perfect fit, just send it back for a full refund. No return shipping costs, no restocking fees—every penny back.
Please keep the original packaging to make the return process smooth. Please note: we don’t accept partial returns or returns on accent pillows.

The Return Process
Unboxing upon delivery is effortlessly streamlined through compact shipments—each module is individually packaged. All fabric covers & seat cushions will be in a separate box with different dimensions.
For the simplest and most sustainable unboxing experience, we ask for the following:
- Keep original packaging to simplify the return process while you decide.
- Unbox and dress 1 seat module at a time (it's a lot more work to return if everything has been unpackaged).
If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our return process is simple. To initiate a return, simply email us at support@dioramaliving.com. Our team will provide a return shipping label and detailed repackaging instructions. Once we receive your return, you’ll receive a full refund—no restocking fees, no deductions.
At Diorama, our mission is to furnish homes with pieces that meet your needs and respect the planet. We allow you to experience our products with confidence—risk-free and with a minimal carbon footprint.
Refunds
Once your order arrives back at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 10-12 business days. After that, it typically takes 5-7 business days for your bank to credit your account. If it takes any longer than that, let us know and we're happy to check in with them on your behalf.
Exchanges
You can make an exchange within 30 days of receiving your items. Simply email us at support@dioramaliving.com and we’ll send you shipping labels. As soon as we’ve received your item back at our warehouse, we will issue you a refund. Your new order will be treated as a separate transaction. You can place a new order on our site, or our team is happy to provide assistance with placing a new order.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges on accent pillows and slipcovers covers.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at support@dioramaliving.com as soon as possible so we can process your refund. In the event your item has already shipped, please message us so we can facilitate your return.
In Case Of Damages Or Defects
Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@dioramaliving.com. We ask that you please submit photos of the issue (including images of the packaging), as this will help facilitate a quick resolution. Note that any damages incurred during shipping & handling must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Limited Warranty
We offer complimentary Limited Warranties on our furniture, which are applicable to the original buyer at the original delivery address. Our Limited Warranty includes coverage against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery. Our Limited Warranty additionally includes coverage against structural frame defects for 3 years from the date of delivery. Diorama’s Limited Warranties do not apply to any conditions resulting from faulty installation, misuse or expected wear. A manufacturing defect is defined, for the purpose of these Limited Warranties, as causing the product to be structurally unsound, faulty, or significantly altering the appearance of the product. In the event that you find yourself experiencing an issue with our guarantee, please reach out to us so we can make it right.
