Where We Ship
We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii. That said, we are happy to send orders to any reshippers upon request that are located in the contiguous United States. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with information about the carrier and estimated arrival date. If you have special delivery requests, please contact us as soon as you place the order so we can do our best to accommodate accordingly.
Estimated Lead Times
Please reference the estimated lead time on each product page. This estimate does not include transit time. Our products ship from our warehouse in California, transit times will differ based on the destination. On average, transit time can take 5-12 business days to arrive in your local area.
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order please notify us as soon as possible to ensure we can update your information in our system before it ships. Once your shipment is on the way, we are unable to change the address.
In Case of Damage or Defect
Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask that you please submit photos of the problem (including images of the packaging), as this will help facilitate a quick resolution. Note that any damages incurred during shipping & handling must be reported to us within 48hrs of delivery in order for it to be covered under warranty.
