Shipping & Delivery

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. White glove delivery and assembly is available for purchase at checkout.

Where can you ship?

We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii. That said, we are happy to send orders to any reshippers upon request that are located in the contiguous United States. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

How can I change my address after placing an order?

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order please notify us as soon as possible to ensure we can update your information in our system before it ships. Once your shipment is on the way, we are unable to change the address.

What can I do if my order is damaged upon arrival?

Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@dioramaliving.comWe ask that you please submit photos of the problem (including images of the packaging), as this will help facilitate a quick resolution. Note that any damages incurred during shipping & handling must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery in order for it to be covered under warranty.

Returns & Home Trial

Is there a trial period?

We value carefree living. So take your time. Indulge yourself worry-free for up to 365 days. And if you find that this collection doesn’t delight you in every way as we’ve intended it to, we’ll take it back. No rush, no worries.

What is your return policy?

If you’d like to return your modular sofa within 14 days of receiving it, please reach out to us and we’ll send you return shipping labels, at our expense. Due to each piece being custom-made, there will be a restock fee that is equal to 15% of your order value prior to any discounts or special offers.

If you’d like to return your order within 14 and 365 days after receiving your order, you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs and an additional 25% restock fee. 

Please note that we do not offer returns on throw pillows and items in our Clearance Collection are Final Sale.

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a one year warranty on our furniture against manufacturing defects applicable to the original owner effective from the date of delivery. Warranty does not apply to any conditions resulting from faulty installation, outdoor use, misuse or expected wear. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part of the product or the entire product if it is deemed defective.

In the event that you find yourself experiencing an issue with our guarantee, please reach out to us so we can make it right. We’ll require photographs to properly evaluate the condition of the product.

Orders & Order Status

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at support@dioramaliving.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will refund you in full. 

Twenty-four hours after placing an order, there will be a 15% production fee deducted from your refund as we’ll have already started production.  

In the event your item has already shipped, we will no longer be able to process a cancellation. 

How can I exchange my order?

You can make an exchange within 30 days of receiving your items. Simpy email us and we’ll send you shipping labels. As soon as we have your item back at our warehouse, we will issue you a refund minus any applicable costs noted in our return policy. Your new order will be treated as a separate transaction. You can place a new order on our site, or a team member can provide assistance with placing a new order.

How can I track my purchase?

When your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with information about the carrier and estimated arrival date. If you have special delivery requests, please contact us as soon as you place the order so we can do our best to accommodate accordingly.

How long will it take to get my order?

Please reference the estimated lead time on each product page.  This estimate does not include transit time.  Our products ship from our warehouse in  California, transit times will differ based on the destination. On average, transit time can take 5-12 business days to arrive in your local area.

Product Questions

How modular is each seat?

It’s simple—all units were designed to connect to one another. Our configurations are composed of four simple products: an end chair, corner chair, armless chair, and ottoman. These units are interchangeable, and can be connected to each other with fasteners that are attached beneath each corner. You can join and add seats, or simply remove them to form the configuration of our choice.

How do the units stay in place?

Every module features fasteners beneath each corner that allow all units to be tightly secure to one another. In addition, each foundation features our proprietary non-slip friction panels, marked with high-resistance micro dots designed to inhibit movement on any floor surface.

What is your cushion filling?

The Diorama seatcushions are filled with high and low density foams, topped with a plush layer of our signature, 100% down alternative, wrapped in an air mesh casing to protect the shape of your cushion. A perfect balance of sink-in comfort, support, and a little bit of bounce. Our back pillow cushions are composed of a 50/50 blend of memory foam and synthetic down alternative, enclosed in a water resistant casing.

Are the pillow and sofa covers removable?

We designed our covers to be removable.  Each seat unit and back pillow features a zipper for easy removal and cleaning.  Please follow specific cleaning instructions depending on your fabric of choice.

How can I clean the fabric?

Each of our fabrics falls into one of these cleaning categories:

W (Water Cleanable): Only water-based detergents are allowed.

S (Solvent Cleanable): Only dry, solvent-based cleaners may be used.

S/W (Solvent or Water Cleanable): Both water-based or dry, solvent-based cleaners are allowed.

Is there assembly required?

Minimal assembly is required for your Modular Sofa. All pieces are composed of foam - the only requirement is unpack, and slip on the covers.

Can I get swatch samples before ordering?

We encourage you to order our complimentary swatch kit to experience the look and feel of our performance fabrics.  You can order your kit of complimentary swatches here.

Are these products environmentally friendly?

Our commitment to sustainability begins with the design of our product, and is executed throughout our manufacturing and shipping process.  Our approach to the sustainability process begins with our frameless sofa, composed entirely of foam.  We have sourced 18 fabrics that are Oeko-Tex certified, free from hazardous chemicals & treatments and safe for you and the environment. We’ve also designed packaging materials that are non-toxic, recycled and utilize renewable foam. Every detail counts.
